In the 1940’s, Loukas Efthymiou founded the first dental clinic in Thermon Trichonidas in western Greece. With consistency, scientific training and respect for each patient, he laid the foundation of the family name in dental care.
In the late 1970’s, the tradition was continued by Athanasios Efthymiou, Louka’s second son, transferring the activity in Athens. Together with his wife, Sophia Courounis, a doctor’s daughter and a dentist herself, they established the clinic as a space providing comprehensive dental services in the center of Athens, expanding the trust and recognition of the Efthymiou family.
In the early 2000’s, Loukas Efthymiou, a third generation dentist, took over. By investing in state-of -art tech equipment, modern treatment methods and continuous scientific training, he keeps the name of his predecessors alive, adapted to the needs of today.

LOUKAS EFTHYMIOU
DDS, MSC
He completed his undergraduate studies at the School of Dentistry of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2005. Since 1998, and in parallel with his studies at the School of Dentistry of Athens, he has been working as a dental assistant in two dental clinics.
Since 2005, he has been working as a general dentist, attending and participating simultaneously in dozens of conferences and Hands on Courses in Greece and abroad with the main topic being oral surgery and implants, in combination with cosmetic dentistry.
In 2010 he received the title of "Master Of Oral Medicine" from the "Medical Faculty Of The Westphalian Wilhems University Of Munster" in Germany, with a thesis topic of "Treatment concepts to single tooth implant restoration in the maxillary esthetic zone". "Modern solutions for the restoration of the aesthetic zone using a single implant".
Today, with the use of technology, the most modern knowledge and the experience that accompanies it, it provides the highest level of dental services.
Evita Andrikopoulou
Evita Andrikopoulou graduated from the Athens School of Dentistry in 2012. She then specialized in Prosthodontics from 2013-2016 at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, while in 2015 and 2016 she worked as an external collaborator in the field of prosthetics in the undergraduate clinic.
He has presented papers at national and international conferences and has published scientific articles in Greek and foreign journals.
Her particular interest is focused on fixed prosthetics of both teeth and implants, as well as on the functional and aesthetic rehabilitation of completely edentulous patients with the use of removable prostheses.

Dimitris Tsatsas
Dimitris Tsatsas was born in Athens and he is a second generation dentist. He graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and his masters degree is in Endodontics at the Boston University in the USA. During these studies, he engaged in in vivo research, at the histological and molecular level on the healing of fractures in diabetes mellitus in collaboration with the Department of Orthopaedics of the Medical School of the same university.
His thesis is based on this research, as is the publication entitled “Diminished bone formation during diabetic fracture healing is related to the premature resorption of cartilage associated with increased osteoclast activity” in the international scientific journal Journal of Bone and Mineral Research (H-Index 262)
Today he works in Athens as an Endodontist while he is the President of Greek Endodontists, since 2023.
